NCIGT Progress Report Timetable

This page documents all Progress Reports prepared for NCIGT. This includes the annual progress reports as well as intermediate reports and milestones submitted in response to requests by NIH.

NIBIB progress report instructions


The general annual timeline is the following. Please note that each year, the item that changes within a 1 month window is the exact date of the EAB mtg (based on schedules of our investigators), and the rest gets adjusted accordingly.

  • Feb: all investigators need to start thinking about this. Publications should be reviewed for compliance.
  • March 6: all project owners should upload progress report here to the wiki
  • March 10-April 10: email progress report science to EAB members (one week before the EAB mtg)
  • March 15-April 15: EAB meeting (2-6 weeks before report submission.)
  • April 21: EAB report due (one week before report submission)
  • April 28: Response to EAB Report written (two days before report submission)
  • April 30: NIH Progress Report submitted w/ EAB report and response. (Two months before end of fiscal year)
  • July 1: Start of new fiscal year. (NOGA is released by NIBIB by this date.)
